Finance Mantra Private Limited, also called Fincrop, is a financial services platform. We start with the plan, then guide the customer step by step until the need is met. The company is registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs under section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 and rule 18 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014. The registered office is in Pune, Maharashtra.
The desk arranges personal loans, unsecured and secured business loans, home loans, loans against property, car and auto loans, machinery loans, gold loans, credit cards, insurance, and accounting and taxation. With a working network and a team on the ground, the service can come to your door.

Finance Mantra Private Limited is hiring people who can sit with a customer from the first call to the disbursal. We are a financial services company, registered in Pune, working for customers across India. The work is loans, insurance, and tax. The standard is simple: the person who takes the file is the person who finishes it.
This is not a call-centre seat and it is not a promise of easy money. A good month is a month of clean files. A bad file is one that was rushed, mis-sold, or left without a next date. We would rather hire slowly and keep the people who can do the first kind of work.
The roles
Business advisor
You take the call, open the file, and stay with that customer until the loan, cover, or tax work is done. Home loans, personal loans, business credit, property loans, cars, gold, and insurance all sit on the same desk. You are not moved to a new person halfway through.
ApplyTeam leader
You keep your own book and a small team under you. You see who is on a file, who has not called, and where a case has stopped. The people you bring in work under your name. Their files do not disappear into a common pool.

Papers, follow-ups, and the next date on the file. You make sure a salary slip, a bank statement, or a property paper is asked for once, written down, and not asked for again. The advisor speaks. You keep the file moving.

A real file, not a script
The first week is spent on live enquiries. You learn which paper a lender actually asks for, and how to say the rate, the fee, and the tenure in plain words.
Pay that follows the work
A won file carries a commission the company sets for you, as a percentage, a fixed amount, or both. Partner payouts that are accepted are released within 24 hours. The amount is on your own desk, not in a speech.
All India, one office
The registered office is in Pune. The customer can be anywhere in India. You work from the desk, on the phone, and at the door when the file needs it.
Room to move up
An advisor who can hold a file can be asked to lead a team. A team leader who can hold a team is how this company grows. The path is the work, not a form you fill once a year.
Who should write to us
Someone who has sat with a customer before, in a bank, an NBFC, insurance, or a loan desk, will settle faster. It is not required. What is required is clear speech in Hindi, Marathi, or English, patience with papers, and the habit of calling back on the day you said you would. If you have led people, say so. If you are starting, say that too. Write the years you have actually worked, not the years you wish you had.

There is no portal and no exam on this page.
